On July 31st, 2024, all Aline Cleo Students can receive a Sports Physical free of charge. The mobile health department will be at the High School from 10:30am to 2:30pm. This year there is a new physical form which you can get by click on the link here. https://ossaaillustrated.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/04/MF_2023-24_PhysicalForm.pdf. There will also be hard copies at the school. Each form will need a parent/guardian's and student's signatures that has been hand written and dated.
